The York County Community Foundation is accepting applications from eligible organizations (501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations, congregations, governmental and educational institutions) for its 2011 Grants Program.Grants will be made to support programs that focus specifically on critical and environmental needs. Additional guidelines regarding each area can be found at the Foundation's website, http://www.yorkcounty-cf.org/. Proposals must fall within one of these areas to be considered.
The 2011 grant cycle will be conducted through an online application process, which requires an initial step of registering on the Foundation for the Carolinas website. Registration should be completed by Feb. 4. To register and begin the application process, grant seekers should visit http://www.yorkcounty-cf.org/.Completed applications must be submitted by noon Feb. 11.
