The historic Sylvia Theater is getting ready for a face-lift and plans are under way for new events to bring in crowds.In the coming weeks, the downtown York theater will be renovated with 140 new, cushioned high-quality seats with cup holders, new finished concrete floors and walk lighting, stage lighting and a Dolby sound system.
