The festival has marked the arrival of spring for 48 years and attracts more than 100,000 visitors a year with music, sports, cultural and children’s events.
This year’s event runs through April 16 and includes a few new events to the faithful schedule of perennial classics that are timed to the peak flower blooms.
“It’s 10 days of fun, created for residents of the Rock Hill area and guests to come see us at our best,” said Erika Bell, a festival vice chairwoman. “Come-See-Me is a wonderful opportunity for families to spend time together and make memories to last a lifetime.”
